Job Overview

As a Content Creator at Milan Art, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and connecting with our audience through compelling and creative content. You are someone with a creative mindset, a passion for storytelling, an eye for detail, and you're not shy about appearing in front of the camera.

As we are a growing business, you will wear many hats. This is an exciting role with significant responsibility and impact on the content we create.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Videographer/Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere), extensive knowledge of Sony cameras, and a passion for capturing the essence of Art content through engaging visuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

Create engaging and creative short-form videos with experience in YouTube content creation.
Strong project management skills are needed to conceive, define, implement, and evaluate projects and their results.
Essential time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple editing jobs simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills—able to diagnose why content is working and what strategy changes should be made.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Flexibility and ability to adjust to shifting schedules.
Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
Design and produce high-quality visual content for art instructors and art materials, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
In-depth knowledge of Sony cameras and other relevant video equipment.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement, monitor social media channels, and stay updated on the latest trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar role
Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere)
Experience in operating cameras for both photography and video production
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range is $30-$60 per hour. This can evolve into a full-time salary.
